Blast Oven and Grill Cleaner (replacement for EEZ)

DESCRIPTION: BLAST OVEN CLEANER is a highly concentrated viscous alkaline product designed for the fast and efficient removal of carbonized oil, encrusted grease, and burnt-on food particles from ovens and grills without scouring or scrubbing. This compound cleans quickly and thoroughly by the combined chemical and physical action of penetration. Recommended for cleaning ovens, grills, deep fat fryers, and other appliances where grease is a problem. It is recommended exclusively for use on iron, steel, copper, and ferrous alloyed surfaces. Do not use on aluminum or painted surfaces. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: OVEN CLEANING, STOVE TOPS, BURNERS, HOODS, FILTERS, and WAFFLE IRONS: Heat surface to approximately 200°F. Liberally spray or flow on BLAST OVEN CLEANER at full strength. Allow to set for 3 to 5 minutes. Agitate, rinse, and wipe off. Use a coarse nylon pad. GRILL CLEANING: 1. Heat grill to a medium temperature. 2. Dilute 4 oz. to 16 oz. of water and pour on grill. 3. Flow on grill with steel spatula. 4. Scrape away all loosened deposits and rinse with potable water. DEEP FRYER CLEANING: 1. Partially fill fryer with water and add 8 oz. per gallon of water. 2. Bring temperature up to near boil and maintain until clean. 3. Empty cleaning solution and rinse thoroughly with potable water.
